That's how much Inspire Brands would pay to acquire Dunkin' Brands and take the company private. Dunkin' confirmed it was in preliminary discussions with the private equity-backed company, whose portfolio includes Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic and Jimmy John's.
